Determine locations and define contract territory
Based on your individual wishes and the objective location criteria such as local support needs and demand, number of students, social structure, household income, transport connections and countless other criteria, we determine your contract area and the number of locations that you will manage in the contract area.

Financial planning
The partnership requires a moderate financial commitment, consisting of an entry fee and a size-dependent fee for the exclusive area license. In addition, for your own solid capital structure, you should have additional equity and seed capital to cover initial operating costs, rent deposits and initial investments such as furniture.

Property search
For the opening of your learning and coaching centre you need suitable premises in which you can implement the state-of-the-art fit4school room concept. If you do not already have a suitable location yourself, we will help you find one and, if you wish, support you with our expertise in the objective evaluation and negotiation of the rental agreement.

Organisation, training and operation
So that you can familiarise yourself with the partner model and its many possibilities, we will provide you with appropriate documentation and organisational aids for everyday operations. This will enable you to start working immediately. Where necessary, we offer further training courses and seminars.

Opening
We support you in preparing the opening of your learning and coaching centre with professional organisational and presentation aids. Then you will run your fit4school learning and coaching centre independently and on your own responsibility.
