As pioneers in the field of individual, supplementary school support and extracurricular learning support, we therefore question conventions and the limits of what is feasible. We have set out to lay the foundations for the future of today's children and young people: for lifelong, successful learning. fit4school Foundation
The Swiss fit4school foundation is committed to the success of its students. It develops age- and demand-oriented strategies, methods and the latest techniques for individual, supplementary school support and extracurricular learning support. The Foundation makes this support available and usable in 20 state-of-the-art fit4school learning and coaching centres throughout Switzerland, which have been specially designed for this purpose.
The foundation is oriented towards Swiss primary, secondary and vocational schools. The Foundation's commitment is directed at schools that reach the limits of their time resources, financial possibilities and the limits of their mission.
The aim of the fit4school foundation is to teach children and adolescents strategies, methods and techniques with which they can face school and social pressure in a more relaxed way, focus and be less distracted. The children and adolescents should learn to shape their everyday school life in a self-responsible and balanced way. The foundation wants children and young people to actually be able to use their potential, curiosity, fascination, joy and enthusiasm for learning and knowledge. It specifically promotes intrinsic motivation to learn and thus makes a valuable contribution: It makes children and young people fit for lifelong learning.

The fit4school learning and coaching center
In the modern fit4school learning and coaching centres, the commitment of the fit4school foundation can be put to concrete use for pupils throughout Switzerland. Coaches, tutors and tutors promote and support pupils
- with forward-looking methods and the latest techniques in the development of their individual learning strategies,
- with sustainable tutoring, in particular in mathematics, physics, chemistry, German, English and French as well as in business administration with a focus on accounting,
- with intensive language and maths training during the school holidays, and
- with exam trainings and goal-oriented exam preparation.
In learning and coaching centres at selected locations, specialists provide young people with professional support as they make the leap into working life.
- Personal application coaching and apprenticeship counselling, so that they can find the right apprenticeship and get it awarded.
- and, if required, during the apprenticeship with mentoring, learning support and technical support on the way to successful completion of the apprenticeship.
The fit4school learning and coaching centres are run by the foundation itself or by qualified, independent partner companies, depending on the location. These are independent educational operating companies which are oriented towards the will of the foundation. With their financial contributions, the educational operating companies support the foundation in continuously developing the techniques, strategies and methods of individual, school supplementing support and extracurricular learning support and in adapting them to today's rapidly changing requirements.
