The Swiss Original

The fit4school specialists come to your primary and secondary school. Project days and workshops, completely organised and tailor-made for your school class: learning techniques for school, self-management and jumping into vocational training.

Cooperation with schools

The fit4school foundation cooperates with primary and secondary schools. As part of our special areas of learning technology for schools, self-management and jumping into vocational training, we organise project days and carry them out with our own experts. fit4school designs the project days according to the needs of the respective school class. The pupils learn exactly what they need in their everyday school life or for a successful leap into vocational training and what they can put into practice. The quality of the content, the external input from our experts and the high practical relevance lead to success. The project days can be carried out at the school or in one of the fit4school learning and coaching centres.

Some of our suggestions

Workshop: Learning strategies? What for?

Workshop: Learning strategies? What for?

How can I learn more efficiently tomorrow? What learning strategies are available to me? Which strategies make everyday school life easier for me - for more leisure time and better performance? In this workshop, the pupils learn that they can learn to learn in a playful way. The aim of this stimulating workshop: The students know that their personal learning competence is made up of a multitude of their own learning strategies, which they themselves weave into a unique and suitable network. And they know that they can optimise their strategies in a very targeted way and therefore develop their learning competence themselves.

Motivation workshop

Motivation workshop

The whole project day revolves around the topic of motivation. What is motivation anyway, what is it for? In the first part, the pupils playfully find out what they particularly like to do - and analyse why. At the same time, they become familiar with the concepts of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. In the second part, together with the students, we develop tools with which they can specifically motivate themselves. In the third part, the students work on methods to motivate their fellow students - and they also try out their own methods! Are they successful?

Application workshop

Application workshop

Today we turn the tables! Candidates who are looking for the coveted training place slip into the role of vocational trainer and into the role of personnel managers. What demands do the learners have in this role, what do they expect from the candidates who take up the job interview? How would they be convinced, what impresses them? In role plays we bring interesting things to light. Pupils are allowed to select candidates. Who gets the award? But they also have to compete as candidates - with our experienced application coach. And he shows: the reality ...!

Workshop: Stop exam anxiety!

Workshop: Stop exam anxiety!

What is nervousness, what is fear - how does it happen that our brain "becomes independent"? How do blockades of thought and total blackout occur? Does blackout even exist? In the first part of our all-day workshop we talk to the students about tension situations and immerse them in the fascinating world of emotions according to their age. In the second part we put the students in fear: we playfully simulate exam situations! In the third part we teach the students concrete methods and techniques for dealing with stress situations and strategies to prevent exam anxiety. And, of course, at the end we practice the techniques in practice.

Workshop: My personal competence profile

Workshop: My personal competence profile

The personal competence profile is the basis for every application. This also applies to applications for apprenticeships. However, creating one's own competence profile is a difficult task, a challenge. In this workshop, our application coach explains to the students what a competence profile is and what parts it consists of. Depending on the level, we concentrate particularly on the personal competences. In the course of the day, the students successively develop their own personal competence profile in a rough written version. This serves as a basis for them to continue working independently on their written competence profile in the following weeks until they recognise themselves in it.
